Return Policy

At Alpha 2 Omega Gift Co LLC, every product we make is produced to order. We do not carry stock inventory — each item is custom-printed or custom-embroidered specifically for you after payment is received. Because of this, our return policy reflects the made-to-order nature of our work.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the personalized, made-to-order nature of every product we sell — including our district tees, Omega Psi Phi embroidered sweaters, Keep Pushin items, and all custom orders — all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any reason other than the limited circumstances described below.
Please review your order carefully — including size, color, design, spelling, and shipping address — before completing your purchase.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will make it right. To qualify, please:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at A2ogiftco@a2ogiftco.com.
Include your order number and clear photos showing the defect or damage.
Keep the original packaging until we've resolved the issue.
If the defect or damage is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, either:
Remake and reship the item at no additional cost, or
Issue a full refund to the original payment method.
We do not replace or refund items reported more than 7 days after delivery.
Wrong Item Shipped
If we ship you the wrong item — wrong size, wrong design, or wrong product — contact us within 7 days of delivery at A2ogiftco@a2ogiftco.com with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange to ship the correct item at no additional cost to you. We may request that the incorrect item be returned to us; if so, we will provide return shipping instructions.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
Once your order ships, it is in the hands of the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar). If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us and we will help you file a claim with the carrier. Replacement of lost packages is at our discretion and may depend on the outcome of the carrier's investigation.
Order Cancellation
Because production begins promptly after payment is received, orders cannot be cancelled or modified after payment is processed. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately at A2ogiftco@a2ogiftco.com. We will do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
Production and Shipping Timelines
Production typically takes 6–8 weeks from the date payment is received to the date your order ships. Larger or more complex custom orders may take longer; we will communicate timelines clearly before payment. Shipping time is in addition to production time, and we will provide tracking information once your order ships.
